All bodies are sacred and worthy of healing touch.
In my practice, all are welcome.

After my family immigrated from Argentina, it was important to maintain the traditions and cultura that varied from the typical American life. Physical touch and closeness was one way this feeling of collective care and loving-kindness was honored. I remember family profoundly benefitting from the therapeutic massage sessions that extended family provided. The way people would come out of their sessions feeling comforted and tended to inspired me to do the same for others. Curación is a nod to my understanding of care through the lens of my cultural roots. It was also in my own experience of massage therapy during pregnancy and postpartum that propelled me to create an offering of tending to other mothers.

When I earned my Masters degree in psychology, I continued on to being accepted into a doctoral program. My work and personal experience in the field of psychology highlighted the mind-body connection. During my specialization of creativity studies, I knew that I wanted to do more, and I decided to pursue a creative career in massage therapy. After completing my certification in massage therapy at the Colorado Springs School of Massage in the state of Colorado, I felt compelled to continue my education and experience and earned certifications in special areas of massage, so that I could provide a more holistic healing treatment for my clients. This has brought me to fulfilling work that I love to share with others.

Curación is about the heart-healing transformation of massage therapy. At this massage studio, I offer curated massage focused on bodywork, healing, and recovery. Part of what I enjoy about being a massage therapist is meeting people who believe in the offerings of alternative forms of health and self care, who want to experience the myriad benefits of massage therapy, and feel the transformation that comes from within. The intimate nature of massage healing interacts with the body’s history, energy, emotional landscape, and more. You may find yourself coming to this therapy and encountering points of discomfort or relief that you did not know were there. Come as you are with the openness of becoming more attuned to your body and mind. My practice is based on the synergy between massage therapist and client. We work together throughout each session and keep one another in-the-know. Your sessions are personalized to your unique needs, whether you want to relax or are recovering from an ailment. I hope you choose to try massage therapy at Curación massage studio, and I can’t wait to meet you.

I live in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs with my husband Benjamin and our two children. When I’m not providing massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with our chickens, painting, and restoring our old Victorian home.
